SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery options:

OGNAM Advanced Skin Nourishment provides courier delivery services to both residential addresses and office locations within South Africa and internationally.

Process: 

Once you place an order and payment is received, you will receive an email that your order has been confirmed and received. We will then send you another email once your order has been packed and is ready to ship. This will contain tracking info for your benefit.

Delivery times:

Main centres: 3-5 working days

Outlying and regional areas: 5-7 working days

International: 14 working days

Please note we do not deliver on weekends. your delivery will arrive during the working week – Monday to Friday. 

Tracking: 

You will receive an SMS with your tracking number once your order has been packed. you will then receive a second SMS on the morning of your order’s arrival. Orders are fulfilled by The Courier Guy couriers.

Please make sure that there is someone to receive your order at your nominated address between Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.

Costs: 

Shipping costs may vary depending on your location.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and the delivery address has been provided during checkout, it cannot be changed. If there is an issue with the address, please contact support@ognamskincare.com – not forgetting to include the order number.
